Where to find your Rx number
It’s the number printed on the label on your pill bottle or box — usually near the top, sometimes labelled “Rx” or “Prescription #”. It’s typically six or seven digits.
Can’t find it? Don’t worry about it — call us at (905) 315-8008 and we’ll look it up from your name and date of birth.
When it’ll be ready
Requests are filled during opening hours, usually within a couple of hours. Anything sent overnight or on a Sunday is picked up first thing the next business day.

Nothing is stored. This site has no database and no accounts. Your request is emailed straight to our pharmacist and then discarded. Please don’t use this form for anything urgent — call us instead.
