What we do with what you type.
Short version: the forms on this site send an email and keep nothing. The longer version is below.
This website stores nothing
There is no database behind this site, no customer accounts, and no login. The refill and transfer forms do exactly one thing: they email what you typed to our pharmacist. Once that email has been sent, the website retains no copy.
That also means we cannot look up a past submission for you. If you need a record of a request, keep your own note of it, or call us.
What the forms collect
The refill form asks for your last name and prescription number, plus an optional phone number and note. The transfer form asks for your name, date of birth, phone number and the pharmacy you are transferring from, plus optional details about that pharmacy and which prescriptions to move.
We ask for the minimum needed to identify you correctly at your current pharmacy and to fill the right prescription. Please don't include clinical details, diagnoses or anything sensitive in the free-text boxes — bring those to the counter or the phone instead.
How your submission travels
Form data is sent over an encrypted connection to a serverless function, which passes it to a transactional email provider and then discards it. The provider transmits the message to the pharmacy's email account. The email itself is the only copy.
Our website is hosted on Vercel, which keeps short-term operational logs of requests (such as IP addresses and timestamps) for security and abuse prevention. Those logs are not used to build profiles and are not linked to form content.
Records we keep as a pharmacy
Separately from this website, we are required by Ontario law and by the Ontario College of Pharmacists to maintain a patient record for anyone whose prescriptions we fill. Those records are held in our regulated pharmacy management system, governed by Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) — not by this website.
If you'd like to see, correct, or ask a question about your pharmacy record, speak to the pharmacist in person or call us.

Questions
If you have a question about how we handle your information, ask for the pharmacist. We're happy to explain it in plain terms.
